. . . But not in my Backyard
Saturday,
14 August 2004 - My wife and I were out
watering our plants and noticed a neighbor having
fun with his friend crawling around inside the concrete
pipes at the new construction. I couldn't resist
so I started taking pictures.
We
thought it was all in good humor until he got
back to his grandmothers yard and yelled out
that I was "blankety stupid"
and flipped us an obscene gesture. Then he said,
"you greedy blankety, blank Christian,
you can't stop this." I'll kick your a--.
Come over here and I'll kick your a--".
He obviously didn't realize he was paying me
respect by calling me a Christian but was a
bit confused with the contradictory first words.
He certainly wasn't honoring his grandmother
nor showing any manners which is becoming hard
to find these days.
