. . . But not in my Backyard
Monday,
2 August 2004 - Once again the water
truck hasn't shown it's ability to keep
the dust from infiltrating our residences. As
a matter of record, the earlier photographs show
the lack of concern for not only the people who
live
in the vicinity of the construction but also
for the construction workers themselves. OSHA is
very clear on it's enforcement of safe working
conditions for people
in different disciplines.
Work
started around 7:00a this morning.
