    Friday, 23 July 2004 - Saw the first dump truck rolling in at 7:03a. A big thank you to Mayor Green who enforced the decision to start work at a reasonable hour and keeping the dust down with the water truck.

I hope this worker has a good filter on his air system. Where's the water truck to keep down the dust?

   Didn't see the water truck this afternoon and the evidence was clear in the dense air pollution hanging over the area. I would think that the manager would have the health of his workers at heart and keep the dust at a minimum.

Let's hope these vehicles get their work done soon so we can all breath a clean breath of relief.

   Vehicles were at work at 7:03a and left for the day at 7:25p.
